All offers are not-binding and without obligation. Parts of the pages or the complete publication including all offers and information might be extended, changed or partly or completely deleted by the author without separate announcement.

Watt Drive is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from his pages - unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site from viewing those pages. 7. Registration, Password
Some pages of the Watt Drive Web Site may be password protected. In the interest of safety and security of the business transactions, only registered Users may access said pages. Watt Drive reserves the right to deny registration to any User. Watt Drive particularly reserves the right to determine certain sites, which were previ-ously freely accessible, subject to registration. Watt Drive is entitled, at any time and without obligation to give reasons, to deny the User the right to access the password-protected area by blocking its User Data (as de-fined below), in particular if the User
• uses false data for the purpose of registration;
• violates these Terms of Use or neglects its duty of care with regard to User Data;
• violates any applicable laws in the access to or use of the Watt Drive Web Site; or
• did not use the Watt Drive Web Site for a longer period.
For registration the User shall give accurate information and, where such information changes over time, up-date such information without undue delay.
Upon registration the User will be provided with an access code, comprising a User ID and a password ("User Data").
The User shall ensure that User Data is not accessible by third parties and is liable for all transactions and other activities carried out under its User Data. If and to the extent the User becomes aware that third parties are misusing its User Data the User shall notify Watt Drive there of without undue delay in writing, or, as the case may be, by email.
The User may at any time request termination of its registration in writing, provided that the deletion will not violate the proper performance of contractual relationships. In such event Watt Drive will remove all user data and other stored personally identifiable data of the User as soon as these data is no longer needed.
8. "Member.Area"
All documents which are offered in the Member.Area are intellectual property from the company Watt Drive Antriebstechnik GmbH. Any reproduction or usage without the autor´s approved consent (e.g. copy passed
to others, modifications, etc.) constitute an offence and shall beliable for damages.
